I’ve been drawing for almost my entire life and been doing digital art since 2018.

TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS:

PROCESS:✦ Commissions are only officially accepted once they're paid.
✦ Visual Reference of the Character is required! No text refs!
⋅ unless it is a custom character design Commission, you will need to provide moodboards/inspiration boards instead.
✦ Changes to the Commission piece can only be made during:
⋅ Sketching process: You may request changes to the pose in this stage.
Bigger or drastic changes to the pose and composition during further stages will not be accepted.
⋅ Flat Colors: The client will always receive a flat colored WIP to ensure colors are
correct. You may request color changes during this phase.
After flat colors have been agreed to, you will not be allowed to request color changes.
✦ Commission process is around 2 weeks to 1 month, but may vary from a way to another.
I will stay in contact with the client until the Commission is complete.
✦ The client will receive a PNG version of the Commission which includes my watermark.
⋅ CLIENTS CAN RE-UPLOAD ARTWORK ON SOCIAL MEDIAPAYMENT:✦ Upfront payment in USD $ is generally required.
⋅ Occasionally I work with partial payments, mostly on large projects and only with familiar clients
✦ Payment only through PayPal. I will send the client a paypal invoice to their preferred email.
✦ Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your Commission and have asked for payment.
✦ My Commissions are non-refundable.
⋅ I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I'm personally unable to finish your order. You can ask about your Commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.ADDITIONAL INFO:
✦ I RETAIN THE COPYRIGHTS TO ALL THE ARTWORK I CREATE
✦ You must be at least 18 years old to Commission work from me.
✦ Do Not: Claim the Commission as your own or remove my watermark.
✦ By ordering a commission from me, you acknowledge that I'm a digital artist and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
✦ NO NFTs / AI Generators
✦ Do Not: re-sell and use to make profit from any work purchased from me in any way, unless paid for Commercial Use.
✦ I reserve rights to decline any Commission.
✦ I reserve rights to adjust the pricing accordingly, depending on complexity, character amount, etc.
✦ I reserves the right to stream process of the Commission or post WIP’s to social media.
⋅ If you wish for your Commission to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.COMMERCIAL USE:Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed upon beforehand!
I charge a one-time fee of +50% - +100% of the total price (half or double the total), depending on how it's used.
